If you enjoyed Living Christmas Trees, then you don’t want to miss 12 Days of Christmas!

On weekends this December Grace Polaris Church is organizing a number of opportunities to experience the joys of the season, encounter the true story of Christmas, and share God’s love with those in need. Two of the events are ticketed, and the rest are FREE!

Consider yourself invited! We would love for you to join us for all or part of the 12 Days of Christmas. As you begin planning your holiday season, consider which events you’d like to take part in and who you can invite to join you. Learn more about each event below.

Weekend 1

Angel Tree Toy Drive

November 26–December 10 at Grace Polaris Church

We’re partnering with Salvation Army to bless kids in our area with new toys and gifts for Christmas! Donation bins are located inside the north entrance of the Worship Center, and items may be dropped off during Worship Center hours.

“The Best Christmas Pageant Ever”

December 1 (7:30 p.m.) & 2 (2:30, 4:30, & 7:30 p.m.) at Worthington Christian High School

In this hilarious play presented by the Worthington Christian High School Theater Department, a couple struggling to put on a church Christmas pageant is faced with casting the Herdman kids…the most inventively awful kids in history! Tickets are just $7.

“A Jazz & Comedy Christmas”

Enjoy music, food, and lots of laughs at this FREE event presented by the Grace Big Band, Jazz Ensemble, and Drama Team!

“How Far Is It to Bethlehem?”

December 9, 4:00 p.m., at Grace Polaris Church

Journey with two orphan stable boys in this FREE musical presented by the GraceKIDS Choir. On this epic quest they’ll follow the Magi, who were instructed by Herod to journey to Bethlehem and find the Child born “King of the Jews.”

Weekend 3

Goods Drive for Homeless Youth

December 11–24 at Grace Polaris Church

We’re partnering with Star House to help homeless youth in Central Ohio prepare for the winter season. You can help by dropping off much-needed goods. Donation bins are located inside the north entrance of the Worship Center, and items may be dropped off during Worship Center hours.

“We Still Need Christmas”

December 15 (7:30 p.m.) & 16 (2:30 & 7:30 p.m.) at Grace Polaris Church

Encounter the significance of Christmas in this beautiful and thought-provoking evening presented by the Grace Choir & Orchestra. Enjoy music, media, video, and dance accompanied by moving songs featuring Grace’s 120-voice choir and 50-piece orchestra. Tickets are just $7 (general admission) or $10 (reserved seating).

An Evening of Christmas Movies

December 22, 7:00 & 9:00 p.m., at Grace Polaris Church

Bring the whole family for this FREE relaxing evening of movies and popcorn! Our double feature presentation will include “The Polar Express” (2004) and “It’s a Wonderful Life” (1946).

An Afternoon of Christmas Caroling

December 23, 1:00 p.m., in local senior care facilities

Join one of a dozen teams of carolers and bring Christmas cheer to those in local senior care facilities who cannot get out and about. No musical prowess required…anyone is welcome to help tell Christmas stories and distribute gifts!

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to reflect on and celebrate the miracle of Christmas. Sing classic carols, enjoy a multimedia presentation, and be encouraged by a special message. Kids are invited to participate in all the fun…including a story time!
